Sigma’s peer-reviewed journals see impact factors jump
INDIANAPOLIS—The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma) was notified that both its peer-reviewed journals are ranked in the top 10 by the 2017 Journal Citation Reports® published by Clarivate Analytics.
Sigma’s Journal of Nursing Scholarship, edited by Susan Gennaro, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, is ranked second among nursing journals, with an impact factor of 2.662.
Worldviews on Evidence-Based Nursing, edited by Bernadette Mazurek Melnyk, PhD, RN, CPNP/PMHNP, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN, is ranked eighth, with an impact factor of 2.143.
Both the Journal of Nursing Scholarship and Worldviews on Evidence-Based Nursing are free online to Sigma members as a membership benefit.
