At Creating Healthy Work Environments, we’re introducing a new opportunity—an open space collaboration session—that helps you put your ideas into action!

So, what is an open space collaboration?

This isn’t your traditional, roundtable discussion format. Think beyond the standard brainstorming practices to an informal setting, with no formal seating structure or format. A facilitator will help guide the conversation. Only four rules and one law apply:

The question for the session is this: For nursing to be the most effective in the future landscape of healthcare, what do we need to do?

This is a safe and welcoming space for all to have a voice while exploring the question in a collaborative way. It will work best if you think critically, reflect honestly, and share openly.
