Resilience at an individual level is a result of a healthy workplace culture. Resilience-based clinical supervision (RBCS) aims to enable this by supporting individual resilience and also a sense of psychological safety, belonging, and feeling valued.
This participatory and engaging workshop will introduce the theory and process of RBCS and support the development of skills and techniques to take back into the workplace to support a compassionate and healthy workplace culture.
You will also receive a resource pack and access to digital resources from the Foundation of Nursing Studies, a UK-based nonprofit organization.
