If you’re experiencing issues with downloading or opening files, please follow these steps:
- Click the "Download" button to force the file download.
- Navigate to your default downloads folder to locate the file.
- Right-click on the downloaded file, select “Open with…,” and choose “Adobe Acrobat” to ensure proper viewing.
This process should resolve common file access issues. If you encounter an item record with an audio or video file, you will receive an error message when you complete Step 3. In that case, repeat Step 3 and choose to open the file with a media player.
