Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has significant and diverse duties and responsibilities for this nonprofit organization. The position reports to the Board of Directors, and the role requires a leader who is a proven visionary, innovator, and a holistic thinker with demonstrated success in past performance. Sigma’s CEO will be the champion driving Sigma’s new strategic plan, working collaboratively with the Board and staff to advance Sigma’s vision. Ultimately, the CEO is responsible for communicating Sigma’s impact, progression, and performance to the Board of Directors and membership.

Chapter Specialist

This role builds and maintains relationships with developing and established chapters and regions and provides support and consultation in the areas of chapter administration and governance, and member recruitment and engagement to increase chapter vitality.

This is a full-time Monday-Friday exempt position, primarily working day shift with an occasional need to work alternate hours to accommodate calls, meetings, or events in other time zones.
